Milan is, in my opinion, the NYC of Italy as its one of the most modern cities and a fashion capital. This was my second visit to Milan in a little over a year and both times one and a half days was enough for me. Here are my top 3 sights to see in Milan:
1. Duomo di Milano
If you could only see one landmark in Milan it would have to be the Duomo di Milano. The Piazza del Duomo out front is a beautiful place to take photos and inside the cathedral is just as gorgeous. My favorite part though is walking to the top of the cathedral and getting a bird's eye view of Milan.
2. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
To the side of the Duomo di Milano is one of the most architecturally stunning covered shopping centers, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. It has a few restaurants, some shops and most noticeably a Chanel.
